Just extract the files to your GZDoom directory where gzdoom.exe is. The preset includes the following enhancements: Bloom HDR Ambient Lighting with Lens Effects Tonemap Levels FXAA Lumasharpen DPX Colormood Uncharted 2 Filmic Curve Film Grain Vignette Dither Screenshots might be slightly outdated as I update the preset.
