@Antary Because I like it, it's simple. I've been much making generic presets and this, in my opinion, is the best that I've created without damaging any game.
If you are looking for cinematic presets, oversaturated or with some strange change in the game you also have many in the page.

All i see is a bit of normalisation of picture. Lights dont become "real as possible". Its just clarity + hdr, but yes its works for every game. But here already a lot presset like this, dunno why you upload this.
