This is a complete timecyc mod for gta san andreas with optional reshade. 
Install: Just copy the data and models folder to your gta sa directory. 
For reshade copy the files from the reshade folder, to game directory. You can choose a preset in the reshade menu(shift+f2). For the full preset you need to disable the anti-aliasing.
