How to uninstall ReShade from GTA V?

I deleted Sweet.fx, ReShade.fx and the SweetFX folder but I'm still getting the ReShade message at the start.

You forgot the .dll

i can`t find the d3dll.dll and i have still the message at the start

fixed it, i deleted d3d9.dll
