I find it very curious that there does not appear to be any tool in existence with which to create SweetFX presets. I find having to edit TXT files less than ideal. Anyone know if a tool exists or maybe is being worked on?

there is the ReShadeFrameworkMediator.exe in the last reshade release 0.19.x
