I can't find the link anywhere and all I see is 1.5-1.9 and a large amount of good presets use that specific version since reshade won't detect and load sweetfx presets for me.

SweetFX 2.0 is outdated and not supposed to be used. 2.0 can be compared to a beta test of 3.0, it has more bugs and less features. You should use SweetFX 3.0 instead.
