This is my first time using SweetFX configurator and I'm running into a couple of issues. I'm just testing the waters and trying to use a CS:GO config from one of the given lists, but I'm having trouble 'activating' them. As clicking on them only highlights them for a split second so I can't do anything with it (like renaming activating or even deleting). So I'm wondering, am I missing something or is it just an issue with the software.

I don't get what you are having a problem with. To activate a SweetFX preset (not a Reshade or MasterFX preset), you just need to drag the .txt file that contains the preset to your game directory. You don't need to use the configurator unless you want to make your own preset, but if you do, you want use Reshade, not SweetFX.
