You Need Marty McFly's RTGI Shader.

(It works without it, but then small details are missing.)

1) Install Reshade in the Alan Wake: Remastered folder.
Download all shaders and you can't go wrong. But not the legacy shaders.

2) Extract the * AWR RTGI NEXT.7z * into your 
Alan Wake: Remastered folder. Overwrite existing files.

3) Start Alan Wake: Remastered and choose a preset.

Preset List:
RTGI NEXT.ini
RTGI NEXT v2.ini
