Reshade Framwork v2.0 has no "global preset config file".

-This is my OLD preset for v2.31 patch (Windows only); the same as the The_Fall_2_v2_31bFX, but without chromatic aberration nor CRT effect.

I prefer The_Fall_v2_31_DEFINITIVE preset as it removes the blueish tones that appeared in this and has other minor tweaks: http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/5873/
