Preset description:
Download (Reshade+preset+widescreen 16:9.4 workaround) : https://disk.yandex.com/d/YI-IXJ7-nBiWyg I also attached more presets there, including brighter ones and with RTGI from January 2020 (below is 3.97 w/o RTGI). https://github.com/outlawever/Raytracing-path-tracing-RTGI-Reshade Widescreen instruction: For more proper aspect ratio (to mitigate stretching) set 5:4 resolution in game settings launcher (e.g. 1280x1024) while dgVoodoo will force FHD resolution or desired with attached config above. The game will be still stretched on 16:9 monitor a little bit, since the in-game AR is 16:9.4. Also, in the launcher check everything beside Triple buffering, SSE, Mipmapping, Fastflip, Autogen Mipmap for the best performance. Then you need to open Settings launcher and press play there, and if still nothing, run the game normally without the launcher, eventually repeating the step once or twice till the game will finally launch. Manual widescreen with Reshade workaround instruction: 1. Download and install dgVoodoo in the game (place d3d9.dll and D3DImm.dll near game exe) 2. Go to dgVoodoo configurator> General: Scaling mode: centered, keep aspect ratio (done) 3. Directx: For 1920x1080 set 1920x1365 (default, if something's wrong - correct it, 1230 is probably wrong) For 1920x1200 set 1920x1520 (tested on native 16:10) Task switching doesn't work properly. Restart the game if your game launched in widowed mode. I made this widescreen workaround since the commonly known widescreen patch uses its own d3d9.dll and there is no way to use that widescreen patch with Reshade (ENBInjector as a proxy didn't work, renaming any libraries to dinput8, dsound.dll caused the game to crash). This workaround is limited to 16:9 and 16:10 monitors since the original AR in the game is 16:9.4 and anything else will be too stretched, or require leaving black bars. If there are no Reshade effects in the game, correct textures/effects path in the Reshade.ini or in Reshade GUI options manually. Placing .\ everywhere sometimes breaks the visuals, so provide full path in Reshade.ini. VRAM in dgVoodoo is set to 4096 MB, so in case of any problems, change it. Colors: For 11:15 PM flux was set to 5350k Options in flux: wider ranges, use display data disabled, use GPU enabled I think attached dinput8 doesn't do anything, or just slightly increases brightness, but I left it just in case https://github.com/mitigd/dinput8-wrapper-fps-fix/releases Used shaders: AdaptiveToneMapper SCurve Tint SMAA CAS Technicolor Technicolor2 ColorMatrix Tonemap Curves Vignette DeHaze FXAA LumaSharpen SharpContrast ColorLab ContrastStretch DPX HDR And such silly thing took only 5 hours :=) I had drops below 40 FPS in some places. It's possible that if you update the attached version of dgVoodoo by the latest one, and set DX12 in dgVoodoo configurator, and install the latest Reshade separately as DX12 and then choosing the preset, the game might start to work faster.
