Rift Perfected (WIP)

Preset description:
The goal of this preset is to "perfect" (obviously a biased opinion) the look of rift. What do I mean by "perfect the look?" Simple: Colors are more saturated and "realistic." The "Gray filter" that's overlayed when not using in game FX (bloom, and HDR) is removed. Shadows are darker, and more defined. Bloom is tighter to the source of light with minimal screen space reflection (random ghosting) Particle Effects are now more visible, noticable, and brighter and seem more "realistic. Land Textures are now more defined, and seem to pop more instead of seeming so "flat." Text will have a border (unfortunatley this means a border around other things, but hey, that's the cost of being able to read screen text. There will be more revisions, and also some custom shaders linked ot this eventually, as well as textures utilizing Umod as well as an instructional. I personally use SweetFX COnfigurator to load/unload/edit presets. Saving on the fly, and ability to dynamically reload the .ini's, and shaders loaded without constantly restarting the game makes it a ton easier in my opinion.

I'm not actually sure what I did to fix it, but it's working now.

This looks great, but unfortunately it isn't working for me. I've installed everything to the same directory as Rift.exe and SweetFX has worked for me in other games. Are there special steps for Rift?
