Hey Revolvere. So I'm not new to SweetFX, but I'm no pro either. I've gotten it to work for other games but with ESO, I'm having some trouble. Yours is the first preset I am going with and I follow all the instructions. They're pretty straight forward.

When I launch the game however, nothing happens. I mean the game launches. It opens and plays fine. It functions EXACTLY the way it does normally. But that's it, it's normal. The ENB preset isn't registering at all. No text in the top left screen, scroll lock isn't toggling anything. It's like I didn't do anything at all.

Any ideas?

The UI does get screwed up a little if you're using addons like Azurah. You'll just have to readjust your UI to your liking.

Does the game play ok gameplay wise at 4k downsampled? Doesn't the UI get screwed?

Yea I have donwsampled my monitor as far as it can go (3840x2160) and did make it look better. I also upgraded to an MSI GTX 970 100me GPU. Still doesn't seem right but I'll check it out. Thanks a lot.

Sure, not a problem!

Try adjusting your in-game gamma slider down a bit. I know that a few friends of mine who tried this preset had varied results since we all have different monitors.

Have you tried downsampling with your GTX 960? A custom resolution doesn't necessarily have to be 4k but going higher than 1080p in this game helps make the visuals pop. There's a link to a guide to downsampling in the optional modifications section. You should give it a shot.

Another question if you don't mind:

I know the images you show are 4k images. Do you feel what you're getting in-game is pretty close to what your posted images show? These presets look great but not what I was hoping for from seeing the images first.

I followed everything to the 'T' and, again, it looks a lot better than the game alone but was hoping for more. Could very well be my build as well though. New to all of this.

Are you naming your preset literally "SweetFX_settings.txt" or are we supposed to remove the .txt part at the end when naming it?

Are you using the correct version of SweetFX? It's the one that I've provided at the beginning of the description. Try reinstalling SweetFX and that should work. I just loaded this preset and everything works fine.

I believe this error tends to happen when a line of code in the SweetFX settings gets shifted down. I'm not sure how this happens but I encountered this issue before myself. Right where you can download the preset, there's another button that says 'Show / Hide settings'. The setting that you have downloaded should match each line, line for line.

The last thing you can try to do is set the SMAA setting to 0 in the SweetFX settings. This could potentially be an incompatibility issue with the GTX 900 series.

Hey. What PC rig are you using to get this to work like the images? I tried this preset (which looks amazing btw. Great job) to the T and everything went to poop. Game loads fine and all except I can't see anything; no graphics at all. This happens starting at the character screen. I can move and get into the game (told by the sounds I'm hearing) and seems fine just that I can't see the game.

This led to me having an error so bad I had to reinstall and repair like mad to fix it. I'm using an EVGA GeForce GTX 960 fyi.

Its a good preset, i love it. But for me the text "bug" is horrible, i cant read it normally :( ( RadeonPro with 1.5.1 darkness fix version ) I hope someday i can finally use it normally without that text "bug"

The issue with the text is caused by the sharpening effect. I'll see if I can minimize it with a few tweaks.

I tend to make minor changes with each update. Although I feel that I'm close to finalizing this preset. But I will keep this in mind when creating future presets :)

Already updated to v1.3 and looks pretty good. Gonna use this new version. About that text, if I pay very close attention to it I notice that its not as clear as without sweetfx but thats probably the issue with almost every sweetfx in eso I have seen so far. I don't usually notice it while playing, only when I'm very close to the screen. I don't think that archive of older versions is necessary as long as there are not any major changes that completely change how your sweetfx looks like. But maybe some screenshot comparison between each version would be a good idea so people can see if they like newer version more than previous that they have been using and decide if they want to update or not. I especially love your preset in the night and in dungeons now where it really shines. Thanks again!

@Nanashi Thank you for your kind words! The performance between both versions will be relatively similar. I only update one master file for myself (currently v1.3). Going forward, I can create an archive if that would help :)

Hello, I have been using your NaturalFX (v1.2) and really love it, looks so good. Lowered gamma a bit to 99 value from default 113 so the game is more atmospheric and dark with your settings now. I wonder if there are some significant image and performance changes with your v1.3 ? Getting around 5-10 fps less with sweetfx on in v1.2. If its not too much trouble, would it be possible to post comparison screenshot between v1.2 and v1.3 ?
Anyway thank you for this amazing FX!

You should check out SweetFX 2.0 / ReShade. That will fix the 8.1 problem and it's also faster. And newer too!

I have a GTX Titan and official Geforce 347.88
I have two questions : How did you get the MFAA line, I thought it was only for GTX 980, same for the Preferred Refreshrate i don't have this line in my NVidia inspector 1.9.7.3(maybe it's because you have a GSYNC Monitor i think)
