Tera has been officially launched way back in 2011 so even though it's the game that has the nicest graphics during it time, as 2019 and 2020 comes, you'll notice its graphic's age. So, for those people who love playing this game, I've made sure that our Tera's graphics will have a similar texture and shader to that of an Unreal Engine 4 but not perfect but close and has been modernized to go on through 2020+. So please enjoy and comment below if you'll see something that you think will further improve my work. :) LATEST RESHADE 4.7.0 + 9th OF OCTOBER, 2020 - UNREAL ENGINE 4-ish (Close enough) After playing Bless unleashed, I got awed by its graphics then, when I got back to playing Tera, it seems different now. Graphics feel outdated. So I decided to make adjustments. I, therefore, found out that it can still be done but not close to having UNREAL ENGINE 4. Though I did my best the closest to it would be the preset down below. I made the graphics similar to Bless Unleash and BDO a bit. You can download the preset below after this section. Installer link (ignore graphical instructions): https://mega.nz/file/S9MQGCaZ#WIfJxoI7ahJW2KVlac-lLO0YcaNSRBDXfnzLuwbv2YU *CAUTION: NOT FOR POTATO COMPUTERS. BUT FEEL FREE TO TRY AND JUST LESSEN THE PRESET -Make sure to put your brightness on 47. But depends entirely on your monitor. My monitor is set to Cool and has DCR turned on. -In Tera's Video Option, put Lighting Effects to 2. Why? We need to get enough blur effect for this one. -If you don't like the HD dark effect, or just don't like the dark effect, disable the "Curve" and "Pirate Curve". -Uncheck "Vibrance" and(Optional) LiftGammaGain if you want it to be more colorful. Instructions: (Again please install "dxwebsetup") =It's a no brainer. =Execute the Reshade 4.7.0 installer. Search for Tera.Exe at the binaries to install. =Select the needed plugins: --DirectX 10/11/12 *Installation Parts* 1st part. Put a check on: -SweetFX by CeeJay.dk -Pirate -FXShaders -Legacy standard effects (only select this when using old preset) 2nd part: Standard effects -Uncheck all 3rd part: SweetFX. Put a check on: -Chromatic Aberration -Curve -DPX -FakeHDR -Filmgrain -FXAA -LiftGammaGain -LumaSharpen -SMAA -Vibrance 4th "Pirate Shaders" -Pirate Curve 5th "FXShaders" -MagicHDR 7th "Legacy standard effects (only select this when using old preset)" Put an additional check on: -AmbientLight -Bloom -Fake Motion Blur -GaussianBlur --If it's too blurry, just download this Filmic Bloom at https://mega.nz/file/6k8RjK5b#Ry-Sxyn_xA-DzqRz6hq7Zp-PPFcPGYEcv3FAb_6_lS0 just extract then go to Tera > Client > Binaries > reshade-shaders > shaders -MagicBloom -MXAO Download preset >> Copy and Paste then replace info in Tera > CLient > Binaries > DefaultPreset.ini *UPDATE FOR THOSE USING SHINRA METER* Please follow download this picture for settings* or *Just simply Disable overlay* https://mega.nz/#!3oMC0aAC!07wMEepnY_XWmj8lUNXyDN6orQzN8WNltUdIaOFFNiU *Follow the instructions above for it to work!! Thank you. ******************************GPU AT 100%********************************* I've received reports that some people are having a 100% GPU usage. That is fine though since it will only mean that your GPU is being fully utilized but if you don't want that then here's what you need to do. After installation, go to Tera then press HOME button. You should see a list of .rfx. What you need to do is to uncheck everything then just check the ones below: -Curves -Pirate_Curve -Vibrance -LumaSharpen -BloomAndLensFlares -AmbientLight -MotionBlur [FakeMotionBlur.fx] -CA [Chromaticaberration.fx] -GaussianBlur / Filmic Bloom -MagicBloom But if ever that it is still using 100% of your GPU, (depends on your GPU model), do DM me on discord to check what preset is better suited without compromising the graphics. Pls, comment if you that there's a problem that causes your eyes to hurt or anything that you think lacks reality effects, just comment and I'll fix it for you if possible since we'll also look into consideration by not raising much fps on your behalf. Thanks :D **If you don't like the color being saturated (which is fine by me tho) you can just go to SweetFx then turn Curves to "0". Then Just adjust the brightness back to 28 or 35. Have fun! xD

Heya i've tried to install everything but there is not folder for preset and when i launch the game its a white screen, i could play the first time but it doesn't have the shader so i've closed the game and try to figured out the problem and now im lost like i don't know what to do..

By the way guys, don't turn off FXAA, the reason it has been turned on is because it removes jagged edges more than SMAA can do so that you can turn off the lighting enrichment 2 into 1 in game since lighting 2 makes the game blurry.

Hi ninjafada. Yes. I did that before but I want them to learn how to access them or at least learn how to edit them in the right path in within the directory but alright I'll make a winrar with all of them as additional for those who want to download all in one. :)
