Preset description:
My preset for Diablo 3 2 years ago, it worked for this game so...
combine GEM and sweetfx .
Btw you should turn off AA ingame , and if you feel it too bright , turn off Post-Processing .

Too bad Ambient Light eats a lot of fps, 10-15 for me. I like your preset overall.
