Preset description:
Extract the PayneFX2 folder in to your Reshade 2.0 Presets folder.
If you want to use Widescreen fix with Reshade, you need to rename the wide screen fix's d3d9.dll to winmmbase.dll.
Then with the Reshade use d3d9.dll.
