Preset description:
Screenshots are from various versions of this preset, and differ greatly from the current version. Please try it out to find out exactly how it may look like. v5.0 now released! Heavily changed the look of the preset, inspired by my previous Mafia 3 preset I have done. Completely removes the blur overlay the game has revealing lots more detail, bringing more clarity to many scenes. Made on Max settings at 1080p with Super Sampling at 1. 5.0 Changelog: Made the preset more balanced for use with every level.

If it doesn't work, meaning the reshade overlay settings menu is empty (no effects on it), or no difference in graphics, follow this part in the manual installation guide: http://puu.sh/wsq4n/0cd685f345.png Installation [MANUAL]: 1. Download reshade from http://reshade.me/ 2. Open your game directory, and find the folder that says retail (not dx12retail), drag and drop the hitman.exe onto the reshade installer (on the big rectangle clickable box). 3. Click the option that says direct x +10 and click yes and ok for the prompts. 4. Go back to the retail folder, and rename dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll. (DO NOT RENAME THE dxgi.ini FILE!) 5. Open the game launcher and go to settings and make sure your graphic settings are use Direct X 11 instead of 12, the settings used in the making of this preset used the max settings at 1080p. 6. After you open the game press Shift+F2 together, finish the mini tutorial. -If you do not see any effects or if the two boxes are completely empty, go to Settings, and edit the effects and texture directories to make it accurate like this: \Hitman™\Retail\reshade-shaders\Shaders \Hitman™\Retail\reshade-shaders\Textures These are not the whole directory addresses, so make sure you fill the first part. Alt-tab out and back in to the game and the two boxes should now be filled with effects.- 7. Download the preset from here, paste it into the retail folder, and rename the file extension from .txt to .ini. Click the preset choice bar, then select the preset you just put into the folder. 8. Final touches for performance, go back to settings and go from Configuration Mode to Performance Mode.
