What I tried turned off steam overlay and the other overlay software(RTSS) upgraded OS from Win7 to Win10 clean install of Win10 launched the launcer and game as administrator What should I do except above?Please help.

As crosire said over on the ReShade forum, you have to update your ReShade version, it's too old.
