Preset description:

GO USE ENB . Preset using Gem and Sweetfx . To install , copy to game folder . 1 version ( les Saturation + color) http://www.mediafire.com/download/o87a2uv8d40ur3k/sweetfx.rar 2nd version . http://www.mediafire.com/download/347or23f1ii735o/sweetfx_DD.rar Turn ingame AA off and HDR (or low). No HBAO or SSAO , maybe update later when its less buggy .

idk if you will see this comment, but whatever, thanks for this preset ! That made my DD a new game, a new experience. completely differs from others.
