In preset is just content of McFX.cfg costumized file.

I afraid that the author should provide all his files of mediator installation in the game with "push to application" in mediator done before (McFX is not the only one - maybe he only used that - I don't know).

You can try to install mediator, install it in the game, make new preset, apply to the game, and then overwrite McFX.cfg in Game\ReShade\PersonalFiles\Presets\XXX
or in some other way.

Which version of reshade did you use??? Also do I need to download additional repo when asked during reshade installation
