open opengl32.ini ans edit these line is another way for install

TextureSearchPaths=C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_171\bin\reshade-shaders\Textures
EffectSearchPaths=C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_171\bin\reshade-shaders\Shaders
