Preset description:
I made a reshade that is over the top. It's lights, flares, bloom etc. A bit shaking letters, filmgrain. You name it. The fun part is, it reacts a bit to the game. But it doesn't stand in the way of the game itself. I made sure it was adding atmosphere, not hiding functionality. It gives me that Bladerunner feel of lights and shimmers.
