v0.8 - Removed HDR, Curves and Dither, due to them being redundant and causing extremes. Made substantial adjustments to the rest, too many to list. Should have much more natural colors and less extreme blacks/whites.
v0.7 - Removed AdaptiveSharpen due to bugs w/ DX11. Incerased LumaSharpen slightly to compensate.
(install instructions at the bottom)
This is my first crack @ customizing my own injection shaders, so this is still a work in progress, but even in its current state, I personally think it looks a quite a bit better than vanilla. Some scenes are still a bit too light and some are still too dark. But I'm workin' on it. This is my first attempt at customizing injection shaders, so bare with me.
My plan, is to try and keep the original color scheme, to maintain the vision the devs have aesthetically for the game, but to make textures and colors pop a bit more and remove the 'haze' effect the game seems to have.
In game, my GAMMA setting is set to 2.5 and all graphical sliders are maxed. (you may have to play w/ the in game GAMMA depending on your personal tastes) AntiAliasing needs to be set to no lower than 2, at least on my rig. Setting it lower causes weird issues with shadows in the game. Performance wise, I see no change with this on or off.
My system specs:
i7 920 OC'd to 4.0ghz
12GB DDR3 Ram
EVGA Geforce 970 FTW+
Windows 10 x64
I average about 30-40fps in town and a solid 60fps in dungeons.

Install instructions:
I went ahead and packaged all my config settings & shaders into a zip file, so all you need to do is download, then extract to the game folder.
Download here:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/sc63g429ynuq4kv/CrispyHDRv0.8.zip
Then extract the files to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\KingsandHeroes\Archon\Binaries\Win64
Launch and enjoy! While in game, you can press the Scroll Lock key to toggle the effect on/off.
Notes:
Some don't like the sharpened effect. To lessen it, merely open the CustomFX.cfg file in the ReShade folder that you extracted to the game folder.
Change:
#define USE_ADAPTIVESHARPEN 1
to
#define USE_ADAPTIVESHARPEN 0
That'll take quite a bit of the sharpen effect out of the game. If you want to remove all sharpen effects, in addition to the above, you'll need to change the SweetFX.cfg file.
Change:
#define USE_LUMASHARPEN 1
to
#define USE_LUMASHARPEN 0
