If you are having any difficulties with this preset, PLEASE leave a comment and I will help you. Thanks! INFORMATION: The True Halo Universal preset aims to add as much visual enhancement to Halo as possible, while also retaining the core feel and visuals of Halo. I feel that many presets blind and distract the user with oversaturation and lighting. I created this preset with the intention of solving that problem. This preset has been tested and works flawlessly on Halo Combat Evolved, Halo Custom Edition, and last but not least, Halo SPV3. Not to mention, the performance hit is next to none! REQUIREMENTS: *This preset requires the shader pack by Ioxa for ReShade 3.0: (https://reshade.me/forum/shader-presentation/2706-shaders-by-ioxa-for-reshade-3-0) *I recommend having at least 2GB of VRAM to play comfortably. You will likely be able to play with lower specs, but expect a noticeable performance hit. INSTALLATION: Make sure you have checked and downloaded all of the presets available when you installed ReShade for Halo/HaloCE/HaloSPV3. Also make sure you selected "Direct3d9". Just drop the preset .txt file into the same directory where your game .exe exists. Make sure you also download the shader pack linked above and drop all the .fx files into "reshade-shaders/Shaders" within your game directory and click replace if necessary. Load up the game and open the ReShade menu to select the preset. Once you select the preset in menu, turn on performance mode in settings and restart the game. If you do not do this step, some effects will not load properly and will result in missing effects. Performance mode will ensure that only presets being used will be loaded, decreasing load times. It is optional to set the "*" key to toggle ReShade on/off.
