Preset description:
Damzen’s realistic reshade profile (first person): ====================================== ABOUT: ----------- This Reshade profile (Reshade v3.1) is for SCUM. It is designed for the FIRST PERSON viewpoint. It won’t look great in third person due to the bloom adaption bleeding. For example - your starting orange boiler suit will glow. This shader profile will create eye adaptation to dark environments including nighttime, and will cause daylight to be bright when you first leave a building. Your eyes will then adapt to the daylight like real life darkening the outside to normal levels. When you re-enter a building the room will be darker until your eyes adapt again to make it brighter. I have set blur to a respectable level (not to glowy!) but to a level to allow eye adaption to glow when you leave a building for a short amount of time. This may result in some glow via the sky sometimes whilst adaptation takes place. It’s a trade off and one i worked on to reduce as much as I could without compromising the overall bloom glow which looks unrealistic. There is also sharpening to increase the detail of the game as well as level adjustment to increase darkness for the adaption to work correctly. I have spent quite a bit of time perfecting this for both nighttime and daytime to create the best balance I can for a realistic shader. TROUBLESHOOTING: --------------------------------- If profile doesn’t work press SHIFT+F2 to bring up the profile screen. From the top drop down select the top most profile: SCUMDamzenRealistic.ini If it still won’t work then please download and re-install Reshade 3.1 (or the latest version) to \Steam\steamapps\common\SCUM\SCUM\Binaries\Win64\ And then copy my binaries folder inside the following to activate: \Steam\steamapps\common\SCUM\SCUM\
