I've written an anti aliasing preset to enhance the in game FXAA.....i will add it here...

good news/clarification for reshade/sweetfx users and any other 'cosmetic mods' so textures etc - r* have said its not a bannable offense to do so... if you want to make your game look better, you can :)

Out of all the presets, which has the best colour and atmosphere for the game? I love bits photo realistic presets 2.0 but it turns most of dark red colour objects into orange

this fixed the Problem for me.

Just a warning to those that want to use MEGA to link the files:

DON'T PUT THE NAME GTA V or Grand Theft Auto V in the title of the file, it will get taken down if it has enough downloads.

Mine crashes anytime I highlight the Game Settings in the menu while the shader is running. Tried d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll, same result for both. Event Viewer says GTAV.exe crashed and faulting module was d3d11.dll.

I'm running a gtx980, so its not the radeon issue. Windows 8.1 64-bit.

Game Crashed after installing sweetfx 2.0, now even after removing all the files its still crashing. Any help

i cannot for the life of me get any of these to work it either crashes with an error IDXGIFactory::CreateSwapChain' failed with 'DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL when it's named d3d11.dll or kernalbase.dll when it's named dxgi.dll

I got SMAA injected via RP so I assume SweetFX works also.

For those who are having Problems with any of the Presets it is because for some reason
Different .Dlls are effecting the game and your PC differently!

Don't work for me even though i am running the game in DX11 Mode.

The only way i got to even make a Preset OR work was to run the latest
Reshade + Framework installer, Find the game exe and let it install,
Then i downloaded the latest mastereffect files over
the installed Reshade files in the game folder.

Then i made my preset ''True HD FX'' from there...

The weird thing though is that when i ran the Reshade installer it Installed the files as DX9 LOL...
But it work like a charm :)

So there is no real fix for it ATM you just have to keep trying different shaders + .dlls until something HOOKS........... Also make show that your PC is up to date...........And make sure Automatically manage paging file size for all drives is unchecked

hi guys.i am using windonws 7 64bit,and i have gigabyte radeon 280 graphics card.i install the sweetfx and kputt's preset but when i try to start the game it crashes...any ideas?

eFX Injector (by Crosire) as "dxgi.dll" will get the game to launch, however it crashes during the splash intros

I have the Steam version with Nvidia card using plain "dxgi.dll" and it works. I did notice that Radeon Pro will crash the game when a profile is added.

I have the same problem as utopia with the cinematic loss santos version where the game does load up but the gameplay is completely white, all the others just crash on startup.

GTX Titan & Steam version here, so we still don't know what we have in common.

@utopia I've got a GTX 970 and it keeps crashing for me aswell.

I've yet to see anyone with an Nvidia card say the "d3d11.dll" fix doesn't work, so for now it seems to be a problem with AMD cards.

SweetFX isn't working for me either, and I have the Steam version. :( I suspect it's because I don't have the PlayGTAV.exe file, but I have GTA5.exe file and the GTAVLauncher.exe file. However when I drop the SweetFX files in the folder with GTA5.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe, nothing happens. The graphics look exactly the same in game.

I also have an amd 280x, so this is likely the reason?

Best I could find is that it may be caused by corrupted files, otherwise I tried it all and it still won't work.

Nothing fixes this for me, tmacs fix didnt do anything still crashes having failed to load the dll.

It happens even if I run Sweetfx with everything disabled. Man this is annoying, I need SMAA big time.

Check that you didn't enable the "display_depth" shader in SweetFX.

Alright the game works with the CeeJayDK shaders, however gameplay is completely white, and the intro screens are blacked out. http://i.imgur.com/gAnDOvI.png

Still nothing works here, Win 7 x64 with the Social Club version of GTA 5. Tried creating logs, d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll, all versions of SweetFX/ReShade. Game crashes at launch with error "DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL".

@XXLpeanuts, no i mean a crosshair that's shown at all times, not just when you're aiming with a weapon, it just feels weird to me not having a crosshair in a game when you shoot stuff.

Glasofruix, the game already has a dot crosshair, choose simple instead of complex crosshair/reticle.

Is there a way of adding a simple crosshair (a dot) using sweet fx?

I think only the steam version is crashing with sweetfx while the rockstar warehouse one is working with it, correct me if i m wrong

For guys who want it to work, simple create a blank txt file and rename it to "dxgi.log" in your game folder. ( rename your d3d11.dll back to dxgi.dll if you did this before )

Those having issues with ReShade crashing on launch, change dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll

Guys I am going to be away for a bit because of (Personal Problems) So I wont be able to upload Screens or Other Presets until i am Back!

That's what I have set for mine and it works fine, read the info in "OmniFX" preset description.

When I use Reshade, the game starts up very slow and very choppy during the intro logo and menu. I have the following set but it didn't fix the problem. Any ideas?
